I am looking for a Lead Content Designer to join a forward-thinking digital agency, that specialise in delivering exceptional results for a diverse range of clients!

Title: Lead Content Designer

Salary: Up to £70,000

Location: London (Remote)

As a Lead Content Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and tone of client brands and driving impactful digital experiences. You will work closely with a cross-functional design teams to execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience!

You’ll put the user at the centre of everything you do, delivering seamless and inclusive end-to-end services, with a key focus on Public Sector clients, helping user complete their goals and government delivery policy intent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies driven by data- using analytics and user research to identify user needs
• Create, evaluate and update inclusive content that meets user needs
• Design and facilitate workshops with clients
• Significant experience in content management systems
• Active role in establishing and growing the content design practice, embedding content design into ways of working
• Work with Researcher to constantly test and iterate your content
• Build strong and influential relationships with stakeholders, advocating the value of content design and presenting ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field
• A portfolio showcasing your diverse content projects and creative abilities
• Public Sector experience is essential!
• Ability to prototype in GDS toolkit is highly desirable
• Obvious attention to detail, obsess about the little things!
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams
