Position Requirements:

– Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Customer Service, including configuration and customisation.

– Ability to develop custom plugins (C#), workflow, and actions.

– Proficient in Power Automate (Cloud Flow) and Canvas App Development at an enterprise level.

– Experience with TypeScript/JS/HTML/CSS for bespoke interface development.

– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

– Experience in distributed team development, including source control (ADO/GIT) and CI.

– Holders of relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-230, PL-100, etc.) are preferred.
