A Product Manager is needed to join a Scaling Health-Tech company as they revolutionise care using innovative technology!

Salary: Up to £80k

Based: London (Remote)

You will be joining a growing product team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the platform’s integrity and enhancing its value for users. Working closely with the CTO and development team to streamline further product and user growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align product vision and strategy with business goals.
• Lead internal training sessions, presentations, and demos.
• Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that the product design and features provide an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate product concepts and designs.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Communicate strategies and plans both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a Product Management role for a SaaS product
• Experience in the Health-tech/ Health Care space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of technology and software development processes, including experience working closely with development teams
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong virtual collaboration skills and a proactive approach to communication and teamwork.
• Experience conducting and commissioning market research to inform product development and strategy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven track record as a hands-on leader who can foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
