Senior Flutter Developer

Job Description

An innovative scale-up revolutionising fitness technology through its AI-powered platform is looking for a **Full Stack Flutter/Dart Developer**

Salary: £90,000
Based: London (Hybrid, 2 days WFH)

As a Full Stack Flutter/Dart Developer, you will be a key player in our early-stage engineering team, collaborating directly with the Head of Engineering. You will work on impactful features that will enhance the fitness experience for thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a small engineering team to accelerate the Flutter app build for the mirror.
  • Maintain and extend features for the Flutter internal admin web app.
  • Expand AWS Backend functionality.
  • Work with the Chief Product Officer to align technical and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA to resolve bugs and ensure smooth feature releases.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing for seamless deployment.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Flutter/Dart in a startup or high-growth environment (including Riverpod, Go Router).
  • Proficiency with AWS technologies (SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
  • Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members and writing detailed documentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience in Agile Scrum teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Passionate about developing technology that transforms fitness, although regular gym attendance is not required.
