The Role

As a recruitment consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and growing our client base. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on “opening doors” and spreading the word about RMG Digital. You will secure meetings with key business leaders and decision-makers to introduce them to our services and solutions.
• Account Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we deliver high-quality recruitment services that exceed their expectations.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and keep RMG Digital at the forefront of the recruitment industry.

You will need:

• Previous recruitment experience, with proven success in the sector you’ve worked in
• To be motivated to achieve and exceed targets, we are looking for driven individuals
• To be an excellent communicator, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• To be a team-player, we’re a close-knit and collaborative team
