I’m looking for a talented Product & Marketing Designer to join a high-growth start-up on a mission to simplify life’s biggest transactions. This is a hybrid role blending digital product design with creative marketing so if you love crafting seamless user experiences and producing standout visuals for brand campaigns, read on!

Salary: Up to £40k

Location: London (4 days in the office)

This role is perfect for a creative all-rounder who wants to see their designs in the hands of thousands of users across mobile and web platforms, and who can bring a brand to life through eye-catching campaigns across social, email, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Designing clean, intuitive UI/UX journeys for mobile apps and client dashboards
• Creating compelling marketing visuals — from landing pages to social media assets
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver a consistent brand experience
• Developing and maintaining a recognisable, cohesive visual style across all channels
• Turning complex ideas into simple, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience as a Product Designer
• A strong portfolio covering both product (UI/UX) and marketing design
• Solid experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva
• Ability to design for both B2B (professional and trustworthy) and B2C (friendly and engaging) audiences
• A love of good design, clear communication, and solving real-world problems
• Team player mindset with great communication skills and attention to detail
• Bonus if you’ve got motion design or animation experience
