A high-growth, mission-led mental health tech start-up is on the hunt for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to scale their platform across SME, mid-market, and healthcare sectors.

 

Salary: Up to £70k + Huge Commission Potential

Based: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

 

They’re tackling the global therapist shortage with a cutting-edge AI coach and need a sales operator to lead on growth!

 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead on all things revenue — from cold prospecting through to closing, with plenty of space to shape strategy and move fast:

  • Building your own pipeline using every channel under the sun: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships
  • Closing SME and mid-market deals with confidence — direct to business and via strategic partnerships
  • Owning the full sales cycle: lead gen, demoing, objection-handling, negotiating and sealing the deal
  • Using AI tools to prospect smarter, move quicker, and work lean
  • Collaborating with marketing to launch bold, creative campaigns that drive interest and land results
  • Forging commercial partnerships with HR tech, healthcare, and employee benefits platforms
  • Supporting post-sale handover, keeping relationships warm, and spotting upsell opportunities

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, health tech, or start-up background ideal)
  • Proven experience closing mid-market/SME deals — £500k ARR wins under your belt
  • Strong across the full sales cycle, with serious consultative selling and negotiation chops
  • Confident pitching to C-suite and turning pain points into sign-ups
  • Fluent in HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator — and love experimenting with AI tools
  • A self-starter mentality — fast, focused, and never afraid to roll your sleeves up
  • Bonus points if you’ve managed or mentored others
